THE ABS SCORING SYSTEM​ABS uses ABS Points and DOTS to score athletes and determine which competition division they compete in. ​

ABS POINTS​ABS Points are the primary ABS scoring and ranking system.Athletes are scored using ABS Points to determine competition results.

ABS Points can also determine an athlete’s competition division.​DOTS​DOTS measures strength relative to bodyweight.​DOTS can also be used to determine an athlete’s competition division.

​HOW YOUR DIVISION IS DETERMINEDYour division is determined by your highest qualifying ABS Points or DOTS score.If either scoring system places you into a higher division, the higher division applies.
